Positive locking is by engagement of a wedge into the helical track of a threaded core. Core is rotated by handle forcing wedges to slide up or down to lock or unlock the holder. Double locking is by counter locking of helical wedge projection and thread of the core. This patented double locking system is superior to other quickchange tool posts.
